Originally released back on July 10, 2000, their debut full-length record will soon be pressed onto transparent yellow vinyl via Warner Music. The limited-edition reissue arrives on November 20.
"As a band we tend not to look back very much," the band's Guy Berryman wrote of the anniversary in an Instagram post. "I feel as excited about life as I did back then and am always striving to learn and do more. We're all like that to be honest."
The record features mega-hit "Yellow," alongside other singles like "Trouble" and "Don't Panic." In celebration of the anniversary, several of the album's music videos have also been treated to remasters via the band's Youtube channel.

#repost @guyberryman: Parachutes is 20. I contacted our dear friend and legendary photographer @tomsheehan to send me a few pictures from the shoot he did for that album campaign. Maybe these have been seen before, maybe not. Seems like a lifetime ago but also yesterday. As a band we tend not to look back very much. I feel as excited about life as I did back then and am always striving to learn and do more. We're all like that to be honest. Happy memories. Onwards.
