Joseph Maus has passed away while on tour with his brother John Maus. He was 30 years old.

He died yesterday (July 28) in Cesis, Latvia. As a result, all upcoming John Maus shows have been cancelled. No cause of death has yet been revealed.

A note from record label Ribbon Music notes that Joseph was a longtime member of John Maus' live lineup, having played bass with his brother since the band's formation. Read the note below.
